The Site offers pharmacy products, skincare, wellness items, and accessories (collectively, 'Products'). All Products are described in detail on the Site. The visual representations are indicative and may not exactly match the Product.

To purchase Products, customers must fill out the order form on the Site. Orders will only be processed after payment authorization.

Payments can only be made via credit cards. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alpenfarma does not retain payment information.

8. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer. Delivery timelines and costs vary depending on the destination.

9. Returns and Refunds

Products can be returned to the physical store at Compatsch 28, 39040 Castelrotto-Kastelruth, Bolzano, Italy, within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.
