At Alpenfarma, we take pride in the quality of our products, including our exclusive skincare line. However, if you wish to return your order or part of it for any reason, we are happy to assist you. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at alpenfarmaparafarmacia@gmail.com for authorization. Once approved, send the return to the following address:

The return shipment must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable return method as Alpenfarma is not liable for lost shipments.
Alternatively, you may return the products in person to a selected Alpenfarma pharmacy within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply provide your order number and, if requested, sign a return declaration. The products must meet the conditions outlined below to be eligible for return.
Return Conditions
Products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
All labels must be attached, and the product must not show any signs of damage.
For hygiene reasons, products must remain unopened.
Alpenfarma reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at alpenfarmaparafarmacia@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos to verify the condition of the product (e.g., the seal, packaging, or applicator). Our team will work with you to find the best solution.
Refund or Exchange
Please indicate your preferred resolution: a refund or an exchange.
Refunds will cover the cost of the product, excluding original shipping fees. Once processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges will be shipped free of charge, and you will receive a new tracking number.
Refunds may be delayed until Alpenfarma has inspected the returned products.
Products Purchased In-Store
For returns of products purchased at an Alpenfarma pharmacy, please bring your receipt and the product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Our team will review the product’s condition and proceed with either an exchange or refund authorization.
